1. Services

We provide website design and development services tailored to meet your business needs. Specific project details, timelines, and costs will be outlined in individual proposals or contracts.

1.2 Brand Design
Our brand design services include the creation of logos, visual identity, and related assets. Project specifics, including design concepts, revisions, and final deliverables, will be detailed in project agreements.

1.3 Video Production
Video production services include the creation of visual content, such as promotional, corporate or campaign-based videos. Each project will be outlined in a separate agreement covering scope, timelines, and cost.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Invoicing
Clients will be invoiced according to agreed terms. Payment is expected within a reasonable timeframe following receipt of the invoice.

2.2 Late Payments
Payments not received within 30 days may be subject to a 5% monthly late fee on the outstanding balance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership
Upon full payment, clients own the rights to the final deliverables. Any drafts or preliminary designs remain the property of Digital Powder.

3.2 Usage Rights
We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and promotional materials (online or offline), unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client.

4. Project Timelines

4.1 Delays
All timelines are estimates and may be subject to change. We will inform you of any delays promptly and seek appropriate solutions.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Non-Disclosure
We respect your confidentiality and will not disclose or misuse any information shared with us in the context of your project.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination Clause
Either party may terminate a project in the event of a material breach by the other party. Termination terms will be outlined in the specific project agreement.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
