1.2 Brand Design

Our brand design services include the creation of logos, visual identity, and related assets. Project specifics, including design concepts, revisions, and final deliverables, will be detailed in project agreements.

1.3 Video Production

Video production services cover the creation of visual content, including but not limited to promotional videos, advertisements, and corporate videos. Each video project will be documented in a separate agreement, outlining project scope, timelines, and costs.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Invoicing

Clients will be invoiced according to the agreed terms outlined in project proposals or contracts. Payment is expected within a reasonable timeframe following the receipt of the invoice.

2.2 Late Payments

We kindly request that payments be made promptly to ensure the timely completion of projects. Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% per month on the outstanding balance, as outlined in the project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own the rights to the final deliverables. Any preliminary or draft designs remain the property of Digital Powder.

3.2 Usage Rights

We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.

4. Project Timelines

4.1 Delays

Timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to find solutions.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Non-Disclosure

We respect the confidentiality of our clients’ information and will not disclose or use confidential information for purposes other than the project at hand.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination Clause

Either party may terminate a project in the event of a material breach by the other party. Termination terms will be detailed in project agreements.

7. Governing Law

7.1 Jurisdiction

By engaging in our services and receiving invoices from Digital Powder, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
