The Fine Cheese Company

The Fine Cheese Company approached me on recommendation for a huge infographic banner for a show. They wanted me to illustrate how they create and source their artisan cheeses, some of which may only be bought through their company. They source cheeses made predominantly by small producers using traditional methods, and often making only one cheese and with the milk from their own herd. They are very passionate about their direct relationships with the cheese-makers, preferring to collect British cheeses directly from the farms, and then maturing them appropriately in Bath, England. They also specify and import cheeses from Ireland, France, Italy, Switzerland, Spain and Holland. With all that in mind, I started out my illustrating where they source their ingredients, the manufacturing process, and finally the map showing where they source from.
