Description:
The Fine Cheese Company approached me on recommendation to create a large infographic banner for an exhibition. The goal was to visually illustrate their artisan cheese-making and sourcing process, highlighting their dedication to traditional methods and small-scale producers.

The company works closely with cheesemakers who often craft just one type of cheese using milk from their own herds. Their passion for direct relationships means they personally collect British cheeses from farms, maturing them in Bath, while also sourcing exceptional cheeses from Ireland, France, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, and Holland.

The infographic design mapped out the journey of their cheeses—from ingredient sourcing and production to maturation and distribution—creating an engaging, informative visual that showcased their commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
