Brief
This Is The Want needed more than a polished front end. It was an active luxury raffle platform that had to feel aspirational, trustworthy and easy to use, while also supporting a fast-moving stream of live campaigns, featured products and weekly draw activity.
The challenge was to build a digital experience that could sell the concept, present high-value items attractively and support the ongoing rhythm of the platform behind the scenes.
Solution
We were involved from the early stages and helped shape both the experience and the day-to-day execution of the platform. That included the visual design, page structure, user flow and the way ticket-based offers were presented to make them feel desirable, clear and commercially effective.
Alongside the design work, we also supported the live operation of the site over time: updating homepage content, uploading products, preparing campaigns, maintaining the customer-facing journey and creating supporting email design. With new raffles appearing regularly, the platform needed ongoing care as well as strong presentation.
Outcome
The result was not just a website, but a working digital platform that supported repeated campaign launches over several years. It helped turn complex weekly activity into a smoother, more engaging customer experience while keeping the brand presentation premium and consistent.
