Custom WordPress platform for HNHCP / Hemcare, supporting events, education resources and digital workflows.
Built around real event and education workflows, the platform supports public content, annual conferences, delegate management, post-event materials and long-term digital growth.
HNHCP needed a clearer and more flexible digital platform to support its role as an educational network for haematology nurses and healthcare professionals.
The website needed to present the organisation professionally, make event information easier to access, support online registrations, and provide a reliable structure for educational content, event resources and post-event materials.
We designed and developed a custom WordPress platform tailored around HNHCP’s events, education resources and administrative needs.
The system includes WooCommerce-based registration, delegate-first checkout, QR-code ticketing, automated emails, PDF attachments, calendar invites, surveys, certificates, protected downloads and structured event archive pages.
Behind the scenes, custom tools support mail, metrics, SEO, redirects, performance and event management.
The result is a stronger digital foundation for HNHCP. The platform now supports both the public-facing website and the operational systems behind its events, registrations, education resources and post-event workflows.
Instead of relying on disconnected tools, HNHCP now has a more scalable system that can continue to grow with the organisation.
